Ezri went for a wellness check today to see her doctor.
She weighs slightly over 20 lbs and is 30 inches long (or tall depending on how you reckon it).
This puts her in the 85th percentile for weight and 97th for height.
Her head circumference is 45 3/4 cm and her hemoglobin is 12.8 (which is perfectly normal according to health care professionals).
Our girl is SO BIG and healthy.
She even smiled after getting her shots. She now has matching red band-aids on each thigh.

Ezrii seems to be the perfect child… really.
but her head is huge… “Her head circumference is 45 3/4 inches”… that’s bigger than mine, that’s bigger than a pizza! or is my math wrong?
LAUGHTER – The nurse wrote 45 3/4 inches in her growth record, but all other head measurements for other doctor visits are in centimeters and I bet that’s where the math went wrong. Yes, my baby’s head is smaller than the average pizza. I will now correct this post.
this led Dave to teach me some basic geometry. It is, in fact, the size of a pizza. 45 cm seems much more reasonable. Thanks for the mathpurtunity, Amanda, and the laugh.
