The Pink Sparkle (aka Master Magi Pink Sparkle) and Gypsy Tam plot the perfect spells to defeat Dr. Sarcasm.
Dr. Sarcasm looks unconcerned even though he knows that Ironman and Cowgirl Amanda have joined the superhero team bent on his defeat.

It’s not just that she is gentle enough to be around. Ezri is now sought after by Ellie as a companion and petter.

The 10:30 a.m. Cinderella movie was sold out, so we bought tickets for noon. With time on our hands, we ended up getting Shamrock shakes. Time well spent.
Also, the ridiculously huge and comfy seats may have had something to do with why the show was sold out. I think the theater used to have half again as many seats before the remodel.
They watched the movie in something like this position for a time, but with their heads on the raised foot of the recliner.

I think the best part of this parent observation class was the end when the three girls were handed white ribbons on sticks and told to dance however they felt to “Let it Go” from the Frozen soundtrack. There was passion on that dance floor.
March 16th, 2015 — Ezri speaks
Last Thursday, Ezri made breakfast for me (buttered bread) and read stories to me. It was like turn around day. That girl takes good care of me.
Some quotations from the kid.
“It took 26 seconds and I stood on one foot for the whole process.” She was talking about buttering her morning toast.
At open gym they have a bunch of balls, the older kids there (aged 5 – 6) had divided into boys versus girls and were competing to have the most balls involving elaborate thieving from each others’ ball stashes. They were hoarding and a supervising mom told the big kids, it’s okay to have the balls and play with them like you are but if any of the littler kids ask for a ball you need share and let them have a ball. The bigger kids agreed they would do this.
Ezri’s solution was to find her brother and say, “Ivan, go over there and ask those big boys for a ball and then bring it to me.”
e: Do you want to meet the scraggles?
A: Sure, who are the scraggles?
e (brandishing some sock creatures): We are the scraggles.
e (speaking as a scraggle): Are you a good guy or a bad guy?
A: A good guy.
e (in cutesie scraggle voice): Okay, then we won’t eat you!
And that’s how you avoid getting eaten by cute sock critters.
Later the scraggles were heard to be making something called “stormtrooper soup.”
Powerful evil don’t mess with the scraggles, they may be wee but they will eat you.
Ezri had two suggestions for how the Chicago Fire could win a game.
Her first was that they find a very easy team to play.
Her second was that they split their team into two and play against each other.
Reading a sign at subway Ezri announced, “Subway CAT EARS!” Sadly, Subway caters is what it read.
Similarly I enjoyed “Off ice” read on the side of an insurance office.

Thora was turning 5 hence the stickers.
Ezri is Bloom who is fairy from the Winx Club.
Ezri wishes for Tyrec to go away. He is the villain plaguing Ponyville in her iPad game. She has drawn him on the iPad underneath.

A: What was your favorite part of today?
e: Playing in the backyard with Lor-lor-Lori and Ja-ja-ja-son and I-I-Ivan.
A: Ivan, what was your favorite?
i: Da part where Lori and Ezri and me hitted Jason with the bomb and beated on him.
So, the kids had fun playing with Jason and Lori this afternoon. They didn’t look too beat up when I got home from work. Lori left this balloon fashion for the kids. Ezri is modeling, but did not take a break from eating a Starburst candy. Priorities are straight.

This week the weather is warmer.
Spring at last. . .
The kids have gotten to spin at the park.
We’ve walked to and from school.
We’ve had a picnic. We walked around the block and discovered that if Ezri walks backwards while Ivan walks forwards that she and Ivan walk at about the same speed. We’ve played on our porch. We’ve opened the sandbox in the backyard. We are thinking about our garden and have purchased seeds.
We were ready for some outside fun.

There’s a huge puddle of snow melt inside the kangaroo these girls are standing in.
When do the kids sit still enough for a photo? Snack time! Though there was a lot of concern about the geese who kept steadily coming closer. It’s like they suspected someone would drop a cracker.
