Ezri is hiding behind her turtle.
Note the turtle has a moist tail.
After months of the turtle just sitting in the corner of the crib with Ezri, I turned around to find she could now grab and moisten the turtle.
I think she may be licking his belly in this photo.

Ezri and I took a moment yesterday to pose in our new “Big E, little e” shirts–a father’s day gift from Amanda.

You know what is great about dresses?
Ezri can get the fabric up to her mouth.

And it makes her so happy!

It must be a Blau baby!
She is cleverly labeled.

It’s a little big now, but I figure this warm sweater will fit perfectly in August.

Here is Ezri playing with the Earl E. Bird toy.
Earl E. is a funny looking chicken. He has many bits easy enough for her to grasp and has many satisfying parts to be put into her mouth.
Earl E.’s wings are chewing rings and his legs are textured in interesting to ways to chew on.
Ezri is all about chewing lately.

Now when Ezri sees Earl E. she opens her mouth and looks hopeful that someone will put him where her chubby hands can reach him.
The joy of childhood!
