Glasses Girl

Ezri asked if people would recognize her in her new glasses. They did.
She thinks they make her look like a genius.

Here she is in her first day of Project Extend – a gifted pull out program that meets on Fridays during school.

But she doesn’t have to wear her glasses all the time. In fact, I think not wearing them on the monkey bars is a great choice.

The first day of school also featured

an after school orange pineapple ice cream cone

and
an evening Fire Game with blue cotton candy.

School Begins!

Heading out for the first day of 4th grade.

I got my yellow belt today and Ezri got her white belt.

Welcome to Glasses Club, Kid!

The first rule of glasses club is DON’T break your glasses.

These are her chosen frames. I think she looks great.
They should arrive with lenses in about a week.
