She picked the pink flower barrette and spent way too much time arranging these babies. She liked making sure they all had pacifiers in their mouths.
Maybe she’s being girly or maybe she’s assembling an army of baby doll minions to take over the world.
In any case, after this we had to play with trains and a soccer ball to make mom feel more balanced.

As long as she wins a Nobel — girly isn’t an issue.
I sort of feel like the girly, not girly thing is a problem if it’s parent driven. You are giving this delightful child a well-balanced start to her life. What more could she need?
Baby doll minions could also be a big sister thing. At least so far it isn’t 24-7 Disney sparkle princesses. 🙂
I do think the baby obsession is a bit to do with our family getting a baby addition this fall. And I don’t mind pastel or sparkles or doll play, I just need to balance it with the rest of the rainbow and other active play. Her favorite marker lately is the brown one. She loves balls and blocks. It’s all good.
