Getting our money out of our Six Flags season passes

“I’ve named her seaweed because of her hair.”

I love this outfit. And her commitment to the high socks even in the heat of the day.

She and her brother spent a lot of time riding things separately because they are on different sides of being “tall enough to ride.” But they enjoyed riding the Triple Play together!

Ezri has now been on all the coasters at Six Flags except for Superman and the small historic Little Dipper coaster. Ivan likes to call it the Little Diaper and he rode it today.

The newest coaster is The Joker which Ezri rode with Eric. I asked her how it was and she said, “AWESOME! A little scary but so much fun.” Eric said, “Yeah, you would hate it.” I’m sure they’re both correct.

Conway 4th of July Weekend Backyard BBQ

Bubbles, BBQ, and games!
And fizzy drinks, lemon squares, and lotsa cookies.

The kids turned this adorable playhouse into the terrifying spooky house with sound effects and black trash bag hanging in the windows. House of Horrors. The adults who visited fled screaming.

Ivan found a new game to love called Gobblet Gobblers which is like tic-tac-toe with at least twice the strategy – so twice as fun! Enzo introduced Ezri to the pokemon card game. She was all about evolving her zubat.

Father’s Day at the Pool

Lazy River, Pool, Waterslides, Sand Play Area – loving it all!
Much not photographed because water + camera = bad.

Her favorite thing about vacation was the beach and the Wookiee woods. The nature path near the house was declared Wookiee Woods and had excited things like real dragonflies, real snakes, and the imagined threat of stormtroopers and Wookiee-eating giant cuckoo hawks. “Two lefts and a right?” she says trying to remember the way through the Wookiee Woods to get to the beach.

She also enjoyed the perpetual motion machine at the Museum of the Rockies, learning to weave from Grandma and the lady at the museum, playing in the prison cell at the Pioneer Museum, Taco Tuesday on a Monday, the restaurant with the chickens, the new RV, making the couch cushions into “Bouncy Funland,” and playing sleeping queens and uno (even if she didn’t win at either game).
